What the Heck is Chophouse Hijack?
Once a month, we "hijack" a restaurant in Quincy and take it over! We take over the space and use it however we want! We bring in artists to show their work, poets, musicians, comedians, board games, movies... or maybe nothing at all. And we ALWAYS hijack the stereo... somtimes there is a specific theme, but it's always fun.
Ok, But Why?
We do it for fun, and to get people's asses in seats and eating the great food that local restaurants have to offer. We don't get any money, we don't get free food, we don't exclude anyone and it's not a charity. It's just for fun and to support local eateries.
Whats the catch?
In order to hijack the space, we need at least 20 paying customers each night, so check the calendar for the next one, burn a disk, bring a board game, or just bring your appetite.
